These terms apply to the use of tanimarisha.com, to the free downloads and to the reader gallery. By using the website you agree to them.
2. Buying the books
You buy the books on Amazon. Price, delivery, returns and warranty follow Amazon’s terms. This website has no prices of its own and no ordering. Links to Amazon are affiliate links: As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.
3. Copyright in designs, texts and videos
All designs, sample pages, texts and videos on this website and in my books are protected by copyright. You may use them privately: color them, print them, give them as a gift. Resale, publication, copying for others and use as a template for your own products or for training AI systems are not permitted.
4. Free downloads
The free designs and color palettes I send by e-mail are a gift for private use. You may print them for yourself as often as you like. Passing them on, selling or publishing them is not permitted. You can leave the newsletter at any time via the link in every e-mail.
5. Reader gallery
If you send me a photo of your colored page, I may show it on this website and on my social channels, with your first name or anonymously, as you prefer. You remain the owner of your photo and can withdraw permission at any time by e-mail; I will then remove the photo within 14 days. Please send only photos you took yourself and in which no other people are recognizable.
6. Content and liability
The texts about animals, cities and countries are carefully researched and sourced, but they are not professional advice. I am liable for damage arising from the use of this website only in cases of intent or gross negligence, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
